Mind Game
Train the mind behind the game.
The mental game of jiu-jitsu — sports psychology, mindset and resilience — and the life lessons the art quietly teaches everyone who steps onto the mat.
The hardest opponent is rarely across from you.
Mind Game is a podcast and mat-talk series about what jiu-jitsu asks of the mind — and what it gives back. Less about technique, more about the person doing it: how they handle fear, hold their nerve, lose well, and keep showing up.
Conversations from inside the sport — the doubt, the nerves, the breakthroughs — spoken plainly by people who live it.
Sports psychology and mindset made practical: how the best stay calm, decide clearly, and recover when it goes wrong.
What the mat teaches about pressure and patience carries into work, leadership, relationships and ordinary life.
Elevate your life through the art.
Jiu-Jitsu Style works with experts, competitors and high-performance athletes for lessons in achievement, mindset and resilience. The mission is simple: help people elevate their life and wellness through the principles jiu-jitsu teaches. Mind Game is where those lessons are said out loud.
The themes under the technique.
